Is there a limit on how many documents my team can annotate?
The otso Annotator does not use a consumption-based pricing system. Regardless of the plan chosen, an unlimited amount of documents may be annotated. Our Terms of Service apply.
My Team is larger than the ‘Teams’ plan, but we don’t need the Enterprise features...
The ‘Team’ and ‘Enterprise’ plans can be changed to flexibly suit your needs. Do you just need a few extra users? Maybe a second workspace? More hands-on support?

Do you offer special pricing for Academic usage?
We are happy to provide non-commercial licenses and discount options for both the ‘Teams’ and ‘Enterprise’ tiers. We’d love to know a little about your team and your research project, so we can help provide a great solution.

What happens to my data if I close my account?
If you choose to close your otso Annotator account, we will delete your data at the end of a 14 day data retention period. This period is to allow you some access to export any remaining data in the platform, or to undo your cancellation if you change your mind, or have cancelled in error.
Can otso help me to build a model or analyse my data?
Yes, otso offers a range of services in the Machine Learning and Data Science space. We’re more than happy to provide our services if your team doesn’t have the capability or capacity for a machine learning or data science project.

Can I use otso Annotator with my own modelling or data science tools?
Absolutely There’s no secret lock-in strategy at work here, we provide a range of options for exporting data into formats that are flexible enough to suit a range of Machine Learning modelling and Data Science workflows.

How secure is my data with otso Annotator
For users on the Basic and Teams plans, the otso Secure Cloud is hosted in Australia. If you require data to be hosted in another country, please let us know.
For users on Enterprise plans, options are available for a standalone, private otso Secure Cloud deployment; a deployment on a private cloud provider of your choice; or an on-premises deployment.
otso is SOC 2 compliant and handles security in accordance with industry standard practices and implementations
